Lee Curtis was in the studio on Friday 30th July, with his wife Beryl. Lee told many stories about the Liverpool scene of the early sixties, when the Beatles were frequent visitors to his house, and when Pete Best (ex-Beatles drummer) was in his band.
	Just before the show, Walter Dillinger phoned in from Germany, and was delighted that it was answered by Lee. Lee is thought to have played at the famous Star Club in Hamburg more times than any other artist.
